Long shot

Hi All, not sure if this is the right one to post in but I have lost 3 stone roughly over the last three years (nice and slow to keep it off) and have now taken up running. I am looking for a buddy to run/jog with, I am quite slow and unfit but will gradually work my way up. I live in Surrey/Sussex border, pm me if your in this area and I will give more info
