Green leaf tea?

Does anyone drink green leaf tea and does it work? im going to start drinking it aswell as cutting down on foods etc... i have 2 1/2 - 3stone to loose!

Also does any leaf tea help the weight loss because i quite like the mango tea but not sure if its benifical to weight loss? suppose its better then normal tea?
