Here is a magic trick that's really not magic but seems like it is once the wiehgt 'melts' off..

Just eat veggies, whole foods (beans, brown rice), and jacket potato and drink herbal tea ! Don't add fats to foods if you want to make, for instance a brown rice fry (etc). Forget bread for a while. Just be sure to have nice homemade meals ready for when you are ravenous (e.g, veggie/lentil soup, brown rice and a veggie chilli for example) Eat as much as you want. Don't stop until you're bursting.
Snack on rice cakes, goji berries, cashew nuts (if you like). Try fruit also to snack on. Have a big bowl of porridge made with rice milk (or water) for brekky topped with cinnamon and banana.
Forget dairy/meat/sugar for a while.
Now just let the magic work and eat tons of food. You'll see.
