Easy diet?
I'm not overweight, but I'd like to lose a little bit of weight. Does anyone know quite an easy diet to follow but is fairly successful? I'm nearly 16 and live at home, and would prefer it if my evening meals didn't have to change. My mum always gives us nutritious and healthy meals anyway, but I don't want to deny her food or she'll be angry/suspicious. I'm not expecting AMAZING results, just a steady loss of maybe a pound or two a week, or is that asking too much? I try to do around 20 minutes of exercise in the evenings as well.
