Cambridge diet day 1

im 23 and 13st 4lbs just had a baby 3months ago going back on the cambridge diet got 3st 4lb to lose i cant wait!!!!! anyone need a diet buddy im happy to be it!! xxx

Hi Kayleigh,

Im 29, 15st 7lb and going to my 1st meeting tomorrow night to join the cambridge diet for the 1st time, i'm really motivated and looking forward to it as i have my 30th bday party in 7 weeks and need to get off as much wieght as i can.

Have you done the CD before?
