I've got 10 stones to lose and so far have lost almost 2 stone, so still 8 to go!

I know it's a long way off yet, but does anyone else have concerns regarding excess skin? I'm worried that I'm going to look like a deflated ballon by the time I finish, and wondering if anyone knows the best way to prevent it?

Green tea is supposed to tighten up the skin but maybe if you make your abs firmer it wont be as sagy x
