Follow my system and you will feel great again

Dear friend,

First, I do understand how difficult it must be for you to deal with your son, as I work in a day centre with adults and children which have special needs.
I don't know how old your son is, but have you look to get some help regarding your son? There are many good schools and centers specialized in Autism, and your son could benefit from behavioural therapy. By having someone helping you look after your son for most of the day will give you more time to take care of yourself and your daughter.
If you don't know who to contact, please find your local social services branch ( County Council) and they will guide you along.

So, now going back to loosing weight... I have also been there, and started to put on weight. I just acted fast and looked for help immediately, as I was getting heavier, slow and with total lack of energy. I had a great friend of mine that helped me all along the way to achieve my ideal weight and feel good again about my image and especially inside.
I have an immense pleasure in helping people, but I only help serious and determined people.
Please read this carefully: To achieve a healthy weight you will have to work on other areas of your life as well. Everything starts from your mind... and ATTITUDE to be serious about achieving something you want is the most important step you can take.
I will tell you a little bit about what I do so you can decide if this is for you. I started first to teach my mind and spirit, and so let go of my bad habits changing my life completely. What I used to do everyday, I did in more moderation like: drinking tea and coffee every day, and lots of cups. So now I have one coffee 2 or 3 times a week. I used to sit down for long hours, using computer or watching TV, now if I do that I get up several times, just for a walk in the house, do other things in between to get your circulation going. Then of course I have a healthy eating plan used together with nutritional supplements, all natural herbal products(these are quality nutritional products and you won't find them on supermarket shelves). This plan also includes plenty of water drinking. Exercises just like walking for 30 minutes 2 or 3 times a week everyone can do, and is gentle on your body and your heart.
It is a very easy way to loose weight, without having to feel hungry, or maybe just a little bit at the beggining, but after the first month you start to feel lighter and more energetic. Your skin starts to look radiant as all your toxines leave your body.
If you wish to follow my advice and be serious about changing your life habits I will be with you all the way. We will talk about all the things you do, don't do, eat and drink and I will work a great nutritional plan made just for your needs.
I would like to know your age, a little bit about your habbits like: how often do you eat per day, what kind of foods and drinks are you having... your age and if you have any medical problems. I advise you to see a doctor if you have any problems with diabetes or your heart, althought all the nutritional supplements are based on natural plants.
Please get in touch with me on contact@earn25kin30days.com if you are serious and wish to have my help... take care Maisie Jones

Weight loss

Hi I know how you feel being overwieght, never have been untill being diagnosed with underactive thyroid.I have tried every diet going in the last 4 years and no luck, untill my neighbour passed a diet on to me.I have only been on it 3weeks and lost 9 lb already. You only do it 3 days at a time and eat sensibly in between...if it works for me it will work for anybody!!!

Go for it

I am very overweight and decided to try the Lighter Life diet. I have been on it for six weeks and have lost nearly 3 stone. I thing it is the best diet going

Lighter life

Hi I started lighterlife 2 weeks ago weighing the exact same as you. I have lost 12lb in two weeks. Yes its expensive £66 a week but when you consider what you pay on your shooping, eating out , take aways, snacks etc i know im spending less. Check out my blog if you like its missmigoo.Hope it helps x

Lighterlife or lipotrim

I lost 7 stones a couple of years ago on the lighterlife diet (www.lighterlife.co.uk). My daughter also was very successful on the lipotrim diet (www.lipotrim.co.uk).
Not much difference between the 2 diets other than cost - lighterlife is very expensive, but worked for me because there are also counselling sessions and it's private. Lipotrim is distributed by chemists and you have to go and collect your meal packs from the shop. My daugher got around the embarrassment by going to a chemist in the next town so she wouldn't be 'spotted'.
I have recently restarted, but this time on the lipotrim diet - I don't need the counselling this time - I know why I get fat! However, I think the management programme offered by lighterlife is very good and helps lots of people to keep the stunning weight loss! Unfortunately I can't afford the time now to attend counselling on a weekly basis - the meetings weren't local to me and since moving jobs I just can't hack the additional travelling.
Lighterlife costs about £65 a week -Lipotrim is about £35. But think what a week's food will cost you?

Another consideration before you start - the meal replacement packs bear no resemblance to real food - think of it as survival nutrition -if you imagine any of it tastes anything like food you would choose to eat, then you will be disappointed. However, the way it works is that you cut out normal eating completely and when you are at that level, anything tastes okay!

Good luck with it and I wish you well - you can't go on like this - write yourself a letter detailing all the reasons you want to lose weight - if you feel you are 'slipping' in a few weeks time, open the letter and read it - that's a lighterlife tip that worked really well for me.

Let us know how you get on.
