Try golower!

Hi Rosiedog,

Check out the Golower website www.golower.co.uk, this is a diet recommended by GP's. All the food is delivered to your door and you just heat it up and add veg. All the meals are made from natural ingredients and are high protein so fill you up. I have been following this diet for a month now and have lost a stone. I cannot recommend it highly enough, I have tried lots of different diets including weight watchers and rosemary connely and I have never found one as easy, enjoyable or sustainable.

Let me know what you think.

Lighter life to the rescue

I weighed over twenty stones and was borderline diabetic (my mum had late onset diabetes) my blood pressure was dangerously high and my knees were packing up. I took a bank loan out and joined Lighter Life. The results are really quick and you can join if diabetic as there were a couple of members who were in my class. I have just finished management and am back to food completely. I have continued to lose weight. I am not going to say that it is a magic answer but it doesn't deal with just the symptoms ie the weight, it deals with the root cause. Good luck
