Hi i'm new here

Hi Everyone,
found this board yesterday i'm 55 years old and at present i'm 19stone i have just managed to lose 1 stone in 5 weeks following WW i don't go to class not into the class thing but would love some support as i have a long way to go, would love a diet buddy to chat to anyone interested.

ive just signed up for weight watchers online
did it almost a year ago and lost some weight, but gain it back and more after havin 2 have some medication which im now not takin any more
only started on monday this week hehe
which plan u doin?
i too have alot of weight 2 lose, im 18stone8
