Sureslim v's lighetrlife!

Hi there everyone,

I did the lighterlife diet in 2004 & lost 10 stone in 9 months....

It was a horrible diet! I have since put on about 5 stone and want to loose it.

I went to see my local Sureslim rep yesterday & it looks good, but would really like to hear from some one who has done it - can anyone help?

This is my first time on hear & I see there are lots of questions about lighterlife, I stuck to it 100% for 9 months so if you have any questions please ask..

Sureslim v lighterlife.

Lighter life is a horrible diet- yes it does work you do lose weight but i've yet to meet someone who has kept it off. I did this diet about 7 years ago and lost all the weight 3st in 3 months but i was freezing cold got pains in my legs etc and within a year had put all the weight back on. The reason this failed for me is because i have an eating disorder. I also did the sureslim programme which was good and i felt very well whilst doing it. But within two years i had sabotaged myself and put the weight back on. But having rediscovered my pack of sureslim stuff, I made up my mind to start again with a wiser head (having come to terms that I use food when things were going badly in my life). I am currently on day 6 and feel very well and full of energy. Hope this is helpful

Sureslim v lighterlife

Hi BG
i tried both sureslim and lighterlife and i must say that sureslim won hands down for me. yes it is on the pricey side but its only one pay out and you can eatnormal good food and stock up on loads of salad stuff thats free on your plan at meal times if you have a huge appitite like me, but i found lighterlife soooooooooo restricting and the local leader wasnt really intrested in you as a person only how many she could get to a meeting and the cost of the packs pluss all the extraswhich was costing me over 90 pounds a week and as we all know not every day is a good one so if you are an emotional eater L L is not really the best plan cos usually the biscuits come out so i say give S S a go it does work stock up your tummy with all the free food that you can eat at meal time i always had a salad with my meals what ever i had toast your seeds in toasta bags from the supermarket and make your own dressing out of tarhini your olive oil and bulsamic vinagar and go for it

Hi
I lost 11 stone by sensible eating and exercise about 10 years ago but 4 years ago I became ill (unrelated to the diet!) and unfortunately the meds I was given put 3 stone on in the blink ogf an eye!
I tried to lose it by the eating plan I'd had before but it wouldn't shift and this time I couldn't exercise much due to my illness. Didn't seem to matter what I did it wouldn't budge.

Heard about Sureslim and thought I'd give it a try as a last resort and have so far lost 2&half stone. I find it easy to stick too and I'm rarely hungry BUT it hasn't been a quick loss like their adverts say. It's been 1 - 2 lbs a week only, so very slow and steady. But it has worked.
It's quite limiting so you do need to have good willpower but nowhere near as limiting as something like Slimfast or Lighterlife! And is all fresh tasy foods.
Good luck if you go for it!

Hi there

Sureslim is a fantastic diet.

Its a healthy way and its still a quickloss programme. If you can do lighterlife you can do this and you can eat normal foods!!!!

I have just rejoined after putting some weight over last 2 years.

This is also my first time on here......

Chat soon maybe.

Sureslim

Hi there Lauren.

I have just rejoined Sureslim after putting on some weight over last 2 years after a car accident. I know it works, cos I have friends who have tried and tested it.

Its a healthy way to lose weight and you achieve results fast.

I love it and after couple of weeks of following programme you will start to feel full of energy and very positive!

There is a website for sureslim, go check it out and read the testimonials - it might help more.

Regards

Hi would like to chat

I've also done lighterlife for my wedding 2 years ago, lost the weight too, but just can't afford to get back on the programme as I'm a student who is eating whilst writing essays. Would like a buddy to tag in with, and I'll keep a daily diary. I'm looking for a diet which allows me to eat, exercise but takes away the stress of preparinmg and choosing food. This is so stressful.
