Cant loose it with pcos

Ive been dieting for about 6 months now, and have lost about 2 stone all together. But my weight comes back on so quikly if i let slip for a week or so. I cant seem to continue to loose weight regularly. I was disgnosed with pcos as a teen and im sure its making things harder. I need advice! What sure fire way is there to steadily loose weight and keep it off.My exercise pattern is bad- i either push myself for a few weeks and eat more than i should or eat hardly anything and do no exercise. Why cant i keep a pattern!!!

Hi,

You done so well loosing 2 stone, you should be really pleased with yourself. HHHmm but you seem a bit like me! I went on the cambridge for a month and lost 15lbs but put 6lbs back on. I seem to be the same I cant seem to get back on to a regular diet! I got another stone to go, and want to loose it before July as im getting married. I guess the best way to loose it is too take it slowly. I had tried ww before the cambridge and that is slow weight loss, but if you stick to it your body would get used to it plus you get to eat what you like. As for me I definately need quick weight loss for my wedding after that I will probaly do ww for slower weight loss. I also feel when loosing weight you do need a lot of support and motivation, hense me joining here.
