Diet help
Hi, i'm new here, came across the site whilst googling for diet tips. I'm 27, 5ft 2 and i weigh about 15&a half stone. i need to lose weight
I gave up alcohol a month ago because of the weigh it was making me feel - depressed. I used to drink A LOT, i drank at home and i was drinking at least 2bottles of vodka a week.
I don't eat much but i have bad habits - like not eating breakfast,loving starchy foods and junk food. So a month ago i decided i need to change, I haven't had any alcohol in a month, i've started eating breakfast and varying what i eat. A month ago i was about 15stone 11 and i've only dropped a few pounds - i'm disappointed at this
can anyone help me in diet tips like what else i could be doing (apart from exercise) to get the weight shifted quicker?
