I need help with my weight omg

I wiegh 11st 7 lbs and I am under 15 I really want to lose 1and a half stone in a gratuate time but my mum can affored to cook different meals all the time so i was wondering If i did lots of exercise and ate less and healthy would I lose anything please recomend something I dont feel confident to wear shorts or skirts on holiday . And also would swimming once a week help is it a good form of working out ??

hi there how are you .
i dont think you are over weight but it might be that you just have to tone up a bit .
i would not put you on a diet as you are so young but why not try some healthy eating more friut and try to cut down on your portion size
you r mum doesnt have to buy diffrent food you could try using a smaller plate NEVER miss meals and try to eat breakfast evev if its only toast
it gets yous body started for the day if you want to talk more just leave a message. i have a teenage daughter and she has a problem with her body image as well .
i think its agood idea to go swimming . try to get your mum to buy you a pedomitor they are only about £4 and they count your steps try to do 10000 a day that way you know that
you are walking what your ment to and that can help
