Help needed

Hello,

Can you please tell me if ypu have used diet pills and tif hey have worked. If they have worked what were the results and how long did it take you to lose the weight. It would also be good to know if you have tried diet pills and they haven't worked. The ones I tried last were Slimbomb: saw no change at all.

I have tried some and seen nothing. I go to the gym and eat heathly but don't lose any weight. Want to lose 2 stone which I put on doing two dissertations (not eating well and not leaving my desk).

I have tried quite a lot of different ones in the past i personaly dont like them. I think everyone is different for some people they work and others they dont. One of my friends take them and they work for her. I tried the same ones and they didnt for me.

from my experience they don't work i have tried lots of diet pills and they are a load of rubbish go to your gp if you are concerned or join a slimming group they help you alot
