Go lower diet

Im just on my 1st day, all seems to be going well!! I would love to lose maybe to 2-3 stone for the summer. My friend is on light life and has lost a stone and bit in a month, she is struggling though!!

Golower

hi

I have just signed up for the weeks trial for £55. It seems like a very well thought out diet, no sacrafices in the food dept.
I will keep u posted,

Hi everyone

i too am doing golower its my second day and doing ok.
i also did the LL diet and it was awful i kept to the strict diet and drank all that water!! and yes i did lose near enough 3 stone but i also gained an eating disorder and a very very low metabolic rate thanks to the low calorie intake i'm ok now but have regained all my weight (a year an a bit on) all they wanted was my money they had no concern for my health.

anyway i found golower and it sounded a lot better the food is real lol and very tasty high calorie so wont slow my metabolic rate and teaches you how too cook as well. the only down side is the price it is soooooooo expensive even taking in to acount my old food costs then you have to buy veg yog milk cheese and fruit on top. but hey if i want it i have to pay .

good luck to everyone and keep posting can't wait to hear your results x

I'm following go lower

Hey, just found this thread, how is everyone getting on? I'm really liking it so far, loving the beef in thyme gravy the most!! Xx
