Maple syrup / lemon detox diet - laxative tea?

Hey!

Have read through all the comments on here previously (which have been great!), but I cannot seem to find what Laxative Tea I need (I have the Lemon Detox book, but it seems a little geared for the US).

I bought some herbal tea that is for 'Cleasing' and also a Powder Laxative, (but its Orange flavoured, so probably full of rubbish i'm getting rid of!!).

Any tips / brand names / places to buy?

Please let me know where I can get the maple syrup .

Try ebay they have loads on there, check out the ones from china or tailand they are well good.
