"Day 1 on cd. will i survive!!" Posted by xdaisydoox 13 June at 14:30
I went to pick up my first bag of cd goodies last night an I started this morning! Up 2 now I have had 1 shake. I decided to have one of the ready made cartons as I havn't bought a blender yet and if I had to chew my way through lumps I knew I wold never have one again! I was expecting it to taste vile as people on other chat boards had said so, but It just tasted like real banana milkshake so I was made up!! I have got about 6 stone to loose so It's going to be a long hard road! I'm going out to get a blender this afternoon so then I can start on testing out the flavours!! I have decided to not try any of the soups this week as I don't really like soup any way and I was expecting it all 2 taste horrible so I gave them a mis. I might try a few next week. Any advice on making the shakes last longer and taste delicious??? Are there any flavours I should avoid as I have only tasted banana up to now. My tummy is rumbling as I write!!!!!!!

"Hi" Posted by lillyshoefairy 12 June at 11:17
I have just sucsessfully done 8 days and had lost six pounds by day 6. I have not weighed myself since then so I'm not sure of my whole loss in that time. Yesterday (day 9)I slipped up and ate for England but I have pulled myself around drank loads of water and am going to get back into it today! I have just over a stone and a half to loose!
Good luck you and do not have a slip up! I'm so dissappointed with myself and it most certainly was not worth it!!

Hi Donna,
I did the cd in March and lost 15lbs. Im back on it again now as I had some more fat to loose. When I did it in march I have to admit it took about 3 weeks for me not to feel hungry!!
This time round im always hungry!!with me i lost 7lbs the first week then after that it was about 3 to 4 pounds! however I was still drinking milk in my tea and during week 3 and week 4 I was snacking on carb free food too and was still in ketosis. The inches drop off when your in ketosis. Your on day three so your in ketosis now.
Keep to it!! I know its hard but its worth it!
