Quick fixes make you fatter!
Hi
I have researced these "fad diets" in the past and, like all fad diets, they are dangerous and very bad for your health!
I would strongly advise against such fad diets. Yes, the weight will drop off (and you will look ill and exeperience side affects, headaches, fatigue etc) but once you start eating normally your body will store more fat to prepare for another "crisis", therefore you will put on weight quicker than you lost it.
Sensible weight loss (between 1-2lbs per week) is recommended. Slow and steady wins the race and at the end of it you can be proud of yourself. Yes, I know it's boring, but you cannot beath a healthy balanced diet with regular exercise.
Please, have more sense. I wish you luck xx
