Cambridge diet - 10 days in, need a support buddy!
Hello all
I'm 10 days into my diet, lost 5lbs in 5 days. Yesterday had a bit of a bad day, it was my godmother's 50th birthday bbq, and ended up eating, a slice of lamb, ham, lettuce leaves and 4 olives. Today the cravings were so bad I had 4 shredded wheat with raisins in. Arrrrggghhh. Have I really ruined my diet? I'm on sole source.
Hope someone can help, and hope there's a someone out there who would like to buddy up for motivation and support.
