About to start cambridge diet

Hi everyone.

I am starting the Cambridge Diet tomorrow and am really nervous. Had my meeting with the CDC today and was a bit worried when she told me it was £40 per week! but it will be worth the money if I do as well as other people on the diet have done. I have tried every diet going and I have had no luck at all. I weigh 16st 3lb and am hoping to lose 6 st.

Is anybody else about to start Cambridge Diet who would like a buddy to support each other and motivate?

Becky

Go for it girl

I am an ex cambridge dieter and two years later I have kept the weight off. so if you looking for inspiration, its in my words of you can lose it and keep it off, so ignore all those people that say you will put it all back in, cos if you determined you wont!!!. I currently weigh 10st 7lb (size 10/12)and did get down to 9st 12lb but looked to gaunt and like my weight as it is. Just remember when you having a bad day as you do suffer occasionally from 'I WANT TO EAT THE WHOLE WORLD' that there is a reason you are doing it. At the time you are doing Cambridge you think it will never end, but promise you by the time you have dropped 6 stone (which promise wont be long) you will feel great. The confidence and everything around you just blooms!!! The main thing bout Cambridge is it learns you how to eat afterwards and still enjoy yourself. I now have a motto of 'watch yourself in the week'and eat what you want at the weekends'. This keeps my weight stable!!! Good luck and post your before and after piccies once you done,!

Find a support forum

There are support forums out there that can find you a buddy and lots of support, this is a good one:
