it's the best plan in the world... you can eat what you like, no silly shakes or the likes. You can have even the occasional night out, bt you'll lose weight anyway. I've lost 75 lbs with WW in 1 year and a half and reached my goal weight without feeling deprived, without losing my hair, without having health problems. in fact, my health went much better!

I would recommend WW to anybody!
