Cambridge vs slimfast??

Hiya

I have been to see a cambridge diet counsellor in my area but said i would have a think about it before splashing out on all that cash!

I am thinking of having 4 slimfast shakes a day instead as this works out so much cheaper!

Anyone know if i will get the same effect, same fast weight loss?

Hey, I know it is a small fortune, paying it myself at the moment! Slimfast however just wont work, it hasnt got the vitamins and minerals to the same levels than you need and the level of carbohydrate is higher which prevents the body going into ketosis (fat burning) so it doesnt come off as quick.
I think basically you'll end up feeling hungry and are more likely to fall off the bandwagon!
