Cambridge diet, buddy wanted!

Hi all, i'm on day 3 of the diet, got about 4-4.5 stone to lose ideally, dont wanna be thin just wanna be able to buy in any store i go in. Its the shopper in me's fault.
Want to eat everything I see, know I dont need too, not hungry just "think" I am
Wondering if anyone else is just about starting, similar place to me

Hi just started today, I chose the sole source to start me off as I have 4 stone to lose also. I had the Chicken and Mushroom soup for my dinner today and was very surprised at how tasty it was. I noticed you posted this message last month....how are you getting on with it?

I did the cd back in March and I was the same, pretty hungry all the time. However the weight did drop off.
