Week 5-any cures for boredom??

hey everyone!i just started week 5 on SS plus, went for my week 4 weighing on thurs and only lost 3lb so a bit disapointed, but have lost 25 lbs in total so thats cool!!i havent cheated once since i started but am getting a bit unmotivated now, any tips to get over the boredom??

i'm on week three ss and have gone into diy big time. All those little jobs i always meant to do. I can not just sit and watch tv as this is the time i always snacked.

I have cheated once- picked onion. it was fab and i still got a 7lb weight loss that week
