Positive thinking...i will be your buddy!

Hi, I started Cambridge on Monday 16th March. My first weigh in was on Monday and during my first week I could feel myself shrinking - such a strange but good feeling. The first sip of the strawberry carton I had actually made me gag so not a great start but i drunk lots of water and persevered. The soups I found ok in the first week as my tates buds were still getting used to them but I knew if I want to suceed, I would have to grow to like them. During the first week, I didnt feel hungry, ill or anything. I even continued with my fitness classes, as advised by my counsellor. First weigh in on Monday and I lost 7lbs so was over the moon with that result. This week is my second week and still no hunger. I am enjoying the routine and enjoying the way I am starting to feel about myself and my body. I have 21lbs to go and hope to lose 3lbs again this week. I have stuck to the diet religiously because I want to be able to feel comfortable this summer in nice summery clothes and look good. I have however, been chewing gum and exercising quite a lot. I am worried this week that although I have stuck to it with not even a temptation...the shrinking sensation I felt in the first week has gone. Could this be because of the excercise?
I think if youi put your mind to it and dig deep for that willpower you will do it. I absolutely love my food and have found that in the last two weeks the dinners I am cooking for my boyfriend have been some of my best - I think I enjoy cooking even more as I am appreciating all ingredients and flavours more so because I can't have them! Just think how gorgeous you will be at the end of it all!!
