Be carefull when you stop cambridge!
hi, just a little warning lol, i did cambridge for 6 weeks 2 months ago,, i lost 2 stone in 6 weeks, then i had a relapse and couldnt get myself back on the shakes, i kept trying but failed, well i just wanted to say that when i stopped cambridge i was 15 stone 6lb, im now 17 stone 11lb and its only 2 months later,. so i have gained back the 2 stone and more!, so please be carefull make sure you dont just quit suddenly as you will pile teh weight back on, move up the steps and eat more things gradually,
im back on cambridge now, on day 4 and determined to do it this time, but ill be coming of it slowly and gradually to make sure i dont pile the weight back on again! good luck everyone its so bloody hard but it works!!!
