hi

im actually starting the cabbage soup..does it really work?
how many kilos did u lose after how long?

Me too!

Hi likingmyself, I've just started too and I need a buddy as I think this is going to be hard. It's my first day. I'm starving but very disgusted with myself at moment. I've about 4 stones to lose but know that even with a stone off I'll feel like a different person. I know you can do this very quickly on cd but don't know if I'll manage to stick to it. How are you doing so far?

Starting cambridge diet on 5 may 09

Thanks

Have been on cambridge since wednesday 29th

Hiya,

I started on Wednesday, its not been easy all of the time. The first couple of days were the hardest but it seems to be getting easier now. I dont like a lot of the shakes, the porridge is horrible and the best one I've found is chocolate. It tastes like Nesquick.

I was a little ill after the shakes which I've read can be a side effect of your body not being used to all of the minerals so now I've started having half at a time with the 8fl oz of water and it is a lot better.

I havent been craving food and dont feel hungry anymore which is good. Hopefully I'll have lost some weight by my weigh in on Wednesday so it can motivate me to stay on it!!

Now on day 7

Hiya
Thanks for your advice I started to have just one half at a time and what a difference days 1-3 were not good and nearly gave up but I couldn't resist, jumped on the scales and realised I had lost 5lbs!! that was all the motivation I needed.

Made my first goal 1 week on ss weight loss 9lbs. It is definately getting easier.

How did you get on with your weight in? I am sure you will be delighted.
