Cambridge diet recipes
Hi, I am into my fourth week of this diet... it's going good and I've lost 12lbs!!! I am having 3 shakes a day and one evening meal of 200 calories (greens and whites) I have tried everything, quorn and fish are my favourites and tried every green veg... but does anyone have any good recipes to try!?
WELL DONE to all of you that have stuck to this... my fourth and fifth day were utter hell, but I survived it, which means you all could I am happy to give some advice and retain your confidence! xx D
