I have cheated on the cambridge diet - help!
Hi there,
I am on day 5 of the cambridge diet and have lost around 5lbs already, however i left my shakes at home and by lunch time to day i caved as i was tired and ate half a sandwich and a packet of crisps, i feel really sick and guilty and i dont know what to do! Has this rediculous act ruined my diet and knocked me out of ketosis? Will i put the weight back on if my metabolism slows? Can anyone who has been doing this for a while offer any advice and also i need some motivation and any tips that you can recommend.
Feeling disapointed and sick
