Rescue remedy

Has anyone tried the Rescue Remedy stuff? I've got a driving test coming up and my instructor recommended it. I've never really tried herbal things before though so a bit sceptical.

Works for me

Yeah I've used it before to help me rela or help me get to sleep when I'm wound up. It works for me.

Bach rescue really good

I always have bach rescue remedy available in addition to taking St John's Wort every day. Neither are effective for deep depression but really help in cases of mild depression, stress and anxiety
