Meditation

I'm so stressed out and I want to try meditating, but I'm so edgy I feel like I can't. How does one meditate exactly anyway? Does anyone else find difficulty in clearing your mind?

I found this website (http://www.myinnerworld.com) where you can meditate online. Is this a crazy idea? It sounds strange, but I want to try it because they provide music for you, a meditation "space" on the web; it's kind of interesting.

Try the celebs favourite i conjure's visualistion candles.


After reading that Robert Pattison used them to help him stay calm i started using "Clean" and "Removal" from their My Desire range. If you use the visualisation every morning and night while lighting the candles for 20 minutes they really, really work.

Re "meditation"

If you haven't tried meditating yet, it's best to try it first with someone who knows how to guide a beginner to meditate. My first meditation under a yoga teacher was kinda difficult because I had a hard time clearing my mind. The technique there is to focus on something good, usually with the Divine
