Does anyone know if there's any incense fragrance in particular that's best for relieving tiredness-induced headaches?

I heard that whichever incense stick gives you a headache is the one you should use.. apparently it's some kind of battle between the negative forces in your mind and the positive energy coming from the incense stick!
