Im going through realy bad anxiety too at the moment. I dont get angry, but i get wound up (a panicked feeling) really easily at the smallest things, which is similar to you. I also find myself being distant with people/pushing them away and not talking to them. I think i get these feelings because i feel like i cant cope with life in general - i dont want to deal with everyday things or talk to people because i am so caught up in my own thoughts - so as a defence mechanism, i push them away, if that makes sense?
i am wondering if your angry feelings have a similar cause? You have too much to think about already, so you get angry with people so they will leave u a alone maybe.
Maybe u shud try talking to your partner about how you feel and the reasons why u feel angry - but dont push him away cos he will probably be your 'rock' to lean on and will make u feel better (i know my boyfriend has helped me loads!!)
