I really need help!!

hi everyone i think i am going through some sort of depression and its driving me and my partner away from eachother i get so so so angry at such small things im very hyper, loud and aggressive i cant controll my self i swear alot im horrible to my partner always shouting at him and i sometimes even get the urge to smack him one!! i dont no whats making me like this is very frustraighting! and its really getting me down please give me some kind of advice im desperate

Just be a patience

- understand your self first!!
- calm down and take a relax
- if impossible to meet him, delay for a moment
- try to frequently asking your self, WHY I MUST DO IT??
- if you already meet him, talk to him

It sounds like you are having a tough time and I would say to you that because of the economy and how hard life is in general doesn't help.
Try to look at the good things in your life. You have been in a relationship for 4 years.
Thats awesome that your partner had stood by you unconditionally.
It is hard to find that in a guy these days. Have you been in a relationship in the past where you got hurt?
Been abused maybe feel like you don't deserve to be happy?
I have had some bad things happen to me lately.
A death in my family, found out my husband has been having an affair with his secretary,
and most recently lost my job to downsizing. However I have learned alot about myself over the past year.I have panicked before and asked why is this happening to me?
Look for things to make you feel better take your mind off the negative. Help a shut in who can't help themseves. I am reading a book that has helped me alot. It's by Joyce Meyer!!!
The book is called Conflict free living. Sometimes we are hard on the people around us because we think we do not deserve anything good. Please be careful no to drive away the person that may care the most about you. Good things can happen and if the relationship doees not work out at least you gave it your best shot.I hope the best for you because you deserve happiness and so does your partner!!!

Im going through realy bad anxiety too at the moment. I dont get angry, but i get wound up (a panicked feeling) really easily at the smallest things, which is similar to you. I also find myself being distant with people/pushing them away and not talking to them. I think i get these feelings because i feel like i cant cope with life in general - i dont want to deal with everyday things or talk to people because i am so caught up in my own thoughts - so as a defence mechanism, i push them away, if that makes sense?

i am wondering if your angry feelings have a similar cause? You have too much to think about already, so you get angry with people so they will leave u a alone maybe.

Maybe u shud try talking to your partner about how you feel and the reasons why u feel angry - but dont push him away cos he will probably be your 'rock' to lean on and will make u feel better (i know my boyfriend has helped me loads!!)
