How can i get better?

I have been bulimic for about four years now and I want to stop, it is ruining my life. I have now also been diagnosed as type 1 diabetic and binge eating and diabetes don't mix, i'm scared I will get really bad complications because of my eating.

How have others managed to stop binging and purging?

have you tried eating 2 or 3 small heathy meals a day to start then your body is less likely to want to binge also you could go and do something that makes you happy straight after you eat like listing to music or reading or write down how much you can look foreward to when you are better.please keep well .
