Talking to grandkids about anorexia

I have a friend who is wondering about how to talk to her grandkids about her anorexia. They're getting to an age where they're wondering what's going on with nana and she's frightened and doesn't know what to say to them. Does anyone have any good resources about how to talk to family about your eating disorder ? Thanks!
