Is this normal behavoiur?

IM new here so be gentle!!

i am trying to lose weight and alougth i dont eat much i do put on weight thru the alchohl and so i have changed from drinking pints to vodka with a diet coke.
i will make my self sick after a night out to eliminate calories.
i cant have an eating disorder as i only make my self vomit after drinking should i be worried? should i tell my social worker? or am i just being silly??
