Hi I have been doing exactly the same for over a year, and havn't lost any weight since easter infact I've put on half a stone (and lost and gained and lost and gained that same half a stone so many times)!!! Simple. Metabolsim. I started theropy last summer and she ezplained it all too me. and I didn't beliebe her. The idea of eating not making me gain weight just didn't make any sence. Breakfast and lunch make me feel full and bloated and horrible I know what its like. 3 mals a day is a nightmare, but you know what, she's right. When visiting relatives I had to havebreakfast and lunch, but thankfully only smal portions, and guess what, I was fine, I was shocked to find that I didn't even feel bloated and I craved food less. try it. I know it'll take a long time to get used to and you need to ease into it but hang in there. maybe doing it everysay of the week would seem too much. maybe have an aple at lunch time to start with. It sounds to me though that you need to see someone too. Talk to someone. But from my experience starveing yourself may cause weightloss at first but it soon has the opposite effect and makes you feel fat and bloated over the smallest of things.
