You need to stop
Hi Sandy, I have been making myself sick for 18 years!! I wish I had stopped ages ago but I didn't and now I don't think I can. I'm sick when I'm anxious or in an argument or just when I think i've eaten too much - some times I can stop for weeks on end but I always come back to the same thing. My advice to anyone even thinking of doing this is it will work but only to start with and you will regret it - my body now grabs every calorie I eat and even when I go on diets and am really good I lose weight soo slowly. If you have just started this and can stop please please do it only gets worse and i don't think I can see a way out of this now I hate myself and feel such a failure don't end up like this it's not worth it!!
