Hi I have tried every diet going to lose weight over the years and I fail. I have got Bulimia and wish I could get control over the one thing in my life that is beating me - food. I eat even when I aren't hungry I look round all evening to find food I eat while I make tea I eat when I feel sad/happy/fat! and it either end with me being sick or feeling such a failure I hate myslef. I avoid mirrors wouldn't even have a photo taken at my best friends wedding and I need to change to feel good enough - but I don't think it will ever happen - has anyone got any good tips for losing weight PLEASE!! my latest thing is Hoodi Garni I got some last week but am not sure if it works yet - I take two in a morning and two in an afternoon - i'm not sure i'm as hungry as usual but I am worried it's all in my mind and i'll end up at square one - if anyone has any tips on losing weight or stopping the vomiting i'd really appreciate it - I feel desperate, fat, ugly and a failure!

hey , as some1 with annorexia and bulimia i think i might be able to help ! i have exaxtly the same problems as you and it took em a while but i learnt now how to eat, lose weight and not be bulimic! no1: its hard but dont eat if your not hungry... how do you do this well : a) drink! water fills your up alot. b) do something to distract yourself before you even look for food c) AVOID THE KITCHEN!!!! d) check out this web page www.geocities.com/genevieve5566/proanabesttip.html-
2nd EAT your metabolism rapidly decreases if you do not eat breakfast, so here is my menu and it doesnt alter much but you feel full, eat little callories, and lose weight! breakfast = 1 apple (red contain less calories) lunch = 1 litre of low call squash sainsburys basic is the best only 2kcal per 250ml!!! tea= VEGETABLES, brocoli, cauliflower, peas, carrot 1potatoe, and green beans. to add a little flavour you can add some extra light mayo to your meal ! evening snack= another apple
drink loads of water squash and tea (black no suger decaf/read tea/white tea/ green tea)
3rdly obviously because your not eating much you dont need to be bulimic after. you will feel full after your food but u jst have to think about what it is uve eaten ! vegies - virtually no callories !!! good luck and email me on katapillar_@hotmail.com if you need help  good luck xxx

hi,i suggest you go to your docter and get a check up first of all then try paul mckenna i can make you thin it helps with eds too.hope it helps

my sister has had bulima for about 10yrs but strongly denies it.
if you are anything like her you will not be over weight at all! her bones stick out from her chest but calorie counts on everything.
if you gain control of your food you will gain control of your weight. you can only be over weight by eating too much...if you are throwing your food up there is no possible way of you being over weight?
you need to get rid of junk food get to your docs and see if they can get you in touch with someone who can help you work out a healthy eating plan?
im sorry i cant be of any more help but it reality you are the only person who can sort this out....you need to admit you have an eating disorder and get help.

Hi I'm not bullimic but whenever i eat i have to make myself sick i just can't help it, ive tried to stop but to scared to think of my fat, ugly self(cant go to docs too worried they'll think im nuts!), i have heard of that paul mckenna dude and it could help you, Maybe cut down on foods, and instead of eating when your bored take up a hobbie, like running, (possibly with a friend) I go running on weekends and after school and it helps me loose weight but i put on muscle and loose fat, i calorie count everything but i dont see whats wrong with that (my stupid opinion), so i think its best for you to get friends support in this for them to help you make the right choice. .....is to purge more than 3 times a month! If you are making yourself sick on a regular basis then you are bulimic.
I advise you to visit your Gp, he will refer you to someone that will help you.
Bulimia does NOT make you thin unless you are purging several times a day...this causes your teeth rot, desturbs your electrolite levels and can also errode your esophagus....to the point where it tears!
