Hi there i am wondering if anyone can help me, i was only on depo for 3 months (1 shot) then i was on cerazette for only 3 weeks as it was causing me severe migraines and i have now decided i would now like to try for a baby. i have been off cerazette for over a month now however i have not had any bleeding since before i had depo which then i was on cilest and my periods were fine! does any body have any idea how long it could take for me to have a period and will i have any problems conceiving? i am only 21 and i have a 2 year old daughter who was conceived no problem. help!

I was on depo for 5 years and have been clear of it for nearly 18 months now and still nothing for me. I've spoken to a lot of women about this and it seems different for everyone some take just months for a BFP others years. It can take a year to 18 months to get out of your system fully if you've had just one shot of 20!

I wish I'd known more about it before using it personally as I'd never have taken it if I'd known what i know now.
