Cerazette

Hi

I am sorry to hear that Cerazette is causing you so many problems. I was on Cerazette for a year (on and off) and it was a complete nightmare and I went from no period for 6 months to having an 8 week bleed and very painful cramps and heavy bleeding.

I read many reviews on this pill and it seems the majority of women have problems with this pill, so it is definately not just you and what you are experiencing is perfectly normal I'm afraid.

My advice would be to talk to your family planning doctor to see about getting a different pill or method of contraception. They may try and talk you into "giving it a chance" but there really is no point as it appears there are problems no matter how long you take this ghastly pill.

Good luck xx

Cerazette help!

Hi

I've been on this pill for about 8 months, after my original pill which i had been on for 10 years (trinordiol) had been discontinued. I had no problems on my old one pill.

Cerazette however, some months I have a period & extra between period bleeding, other months it seems I go 5 or 6 weeks without bleeding. The last time I done a pregnancy test just to make sure. This month I haven't had a period yet & am wondering if I should do a test again (although people have informed me it is impossible to get pregnant while on this pill), or just sit & wait.

Advice from other cerazette users please?

Im confused

im on cerazette too,,
