On micranor doctor gave wrong advise, now no perid! terrified

I am so scared! i have been on micranor for about 6 months after being on cerazette. I swaped from cerezette because my weight was rising rapidly. My GP put me on micranor. Everything has been fine except i was having about 1 - 2 periods each month which was fine. However last week i had no period and i started panicking. I did 4 pregnancy tests actually maybe 6, they were all negative. I wernt to my GP and she said are you taking 2 micranor a day? i said no 1. She said because my BMI is quite high i should have been told to take 2. I was flabergasted how could they be so careless. Now ive been told 2 come off it for 3 weeks then test again as there is a chance of pregnancy.

I am so depressed. I suffer with anxiety anyway. I have 2 children already. I became pregnant on microgynon, i think this was a few missed pills due to stress! and unfortunatley i had to have a termination as i could not cope with another child. We live in a small house, depression, partner lost job etc we just thought it be the best. Still nothing has really changed. I do not want to go through all this again, im all alone my partner is not really understanding he jus says oh well do as she says. I feel really low.
