Need advice on contraception

i have been on the depo for about 9 yrs, over the past 12 months i have started to put weight on , gettin terrible mood swings, feeling tired, craving anything sweet.
i have decided to come off depo and straight away feel less lathargic and stopped the middle of the night chocolate and biscuit binges.
my problem now is wich contraceptive to use..
i have been told that as a 36 yr old smoker the pill is out of the question!!!

Well its up to you i think that everyone has a contraseptive that works for them
I use the implant
It lasts for 3 years and even though it does play up with your periods i still don't regret it.
I've been on the pill and i gained weight through that so i thought i'd try the implant.
Its alot better aswell for my work life so you should go to your doctor and ask about information about it and maybe the injections too.
