36 smoker pill ???

Hi,i was on the injection for 9 years abut the last 12 months have been a nightmare, weight gain out of control binge eating, bad moods.
i was meant to have next one on the 11th may but didnt have it.
after reading reviews i decided to have the celeste pill.
my doctor has told me i cant cos of age 36 and a smoker.
dont know what to do now..
??how long before they will give pill after stopping??
dont want to put weight on
dont want depression
dont want to use condoms forever
dont want to stop having sex!!!

any ideas?
