Progestin-only pills

Hey! I am currently taking Femulen and am finding that I get significan dcycle bleeding, such thst it is effetively two periods a month , and this has always been the case, but its the only side effect I get. I ahev previousoly tried cerazette but didnt get on with it, and had a copper coil fitted and DEFINATELY didnt get on with thatI would like to try the other minipills available butwondered if anyone here had experience with norgeston, micronor or noriday??

hey im on cerazette and ive got the same problem as you, on twice a month , im going to the clinic today to change it, so il let you know how i get on with a diff one
i jsut dont see the point of being on twice a month
im worse now thatn before i went on the pill its ridicules
also im limited to what i can use coz im diabetic, god its so annoying im either moody or bleeding and not able to go on anything else its ridicules lol x

Bizarre turn of event

I recently took a course of Roaccutane for my acne (which worked a treat) and in the two and a half months since stopping I have only had one period (in the final month of the course I only had v light spotting too)......ummmm, I really don't understand, but it definately beats the two a month regime!! hopefully now I will not have to switch pills because as this is the ONLY side effect it gives me I really don't want to go messing any more with my hormones than I am already...let me know what you go on to and how it goes. Cerazette ws a nightmare for me, constantly bled for about seven months.......I would definately recommend femulen with regards to other side effects but for bleeding pattern it sucks..I've been taking it for nearly two years I think!
