Thanks

for ur reaply Sparkly...

ive had it fitted, didnt feel a thing, doctor was happy that it went in well...he was a bit concerend that my uterus was to big for my age lol so i said what even though ive recently had a child? and he went oh yes well forget what i said then, because thats pretty normal for someone who has given birth recently hmmm Shud read my notes first!!

I didnt feel dizzy but i bleed loads and ive just had quite a big blood clot about 1 and half inches is this normal because it freaked me out?

Lucky i still had some maternity pads left so im using them at the moment lol!

Also it does feel fine to sit and move around, have a little cramping like period pains but thats it, not as bad as i thought.

Thanks for ur reply

xx

no problem, I hope you get on with the coil

sorry for the numerous keybard malfunctions in my reply..some of it doesnteven make any sense...doh!

And also

I shouldn't worry abou the clots, and you will probably continue having period-like pains for a few days until the bleeding stops

Coil fitting

Hi!,

the fitting is a little uncomfortable, but its over in a very short while so I imagine its THING like hte pain of childbirth. I had one and have never had a child, and yeah, it hurt like hell, and i would never recommend anyone who has not had a child to have one.sa was advised by my GP but I wouldnt listen!!! silly billy!

yes you vleed for a few days afterwards
you can feel dizzy afterwards it is an idea to have a friend to drive you home, or take public transport
I dont remember any difference in pain from sitting or standing, once its it, its all the same!!!!

good luck
