Genital warts

My boyfriend about 3 months ago had caught genital warts! he lost his virginity with me an i lost it with him!he has been tested for positive for genital warts so im very confused! i havent had any symptoms, my boyfrineds warts are tiny and painless! im just posting this as i would like to talk to someone if they have the same truble as me! im so scared for me and my boyfriend!please help xx
