The pill and diarrhea!?

I've been taking Cerazette Mini-Pill for 5 months now and never missed a tablet. However I'm really worried because I know that its effectiveness is affected by diarrhea, which I have had badly since this morning. My next tablet it due at 10pm tonight (4 hours time) and I know that if I have an "episode" within 3-4 hours of taking it, it may not be absorbed properly? I had sex 3 days ago which is why I am worried. What do I do!? Please help! xx
