It's not a competition, there's no telling how much our own head can exaggerate things. To us you look great, but that's no good to you if you have some kind of dysmorphia going on. Most of us have it to some extent with relation to some part of our bodies. I bet you know an 'ugly' girl who's really self-confident and actually kinda magnetic as a result. Try and have fun on hols, you're never going to see those people again, those who judge on looks aren't worth it, and you can always see someone when you get back to start looking at why you feel this way. When you suss it out and take a few positive steps you'll feel a real difference. x
