Has this happened to anyone one else? i have been stopped 7month now, but i have gained weight i do not snack on food or eat biscuits ..its just now i will have slice of taost for breakfast and sandwich for lunch where before i would not and would just smoke and maybe eat just once a day. The main problem is around my stomach my word its getting bigger and bigger, im also menapausal so maybe thats not helping. I would love any advice as im really tempted to just go back to smoking...my clothes no longer fasten around my stomach im talking at least 3inch gap on trousers jeans ect...yet anywhere else im the same size im so confused.
Please is there anyone who can advise me?

There's a lot of conflicting advice and ideas about weight loss or gain. I lost weight , others put on weight. I cover why this in my new book Stopping's Easy. If you or any other readers who are smokers would like a free copy I'm looking for some readers to give me some feed back. No pressure. No cost, just some feedback please Ann
